Face it, ladies: You are a man magnet. It’s not your fault. You just have everything that attracts the male species — and that includes your friends.
You aren’t usually looking for signs of affection from men you consider to be your friends, but maybe you should start.
It might be a good opportunity for a love connection, or it could be a clue you need to be careful not to lead him on.
Here’s 5 signs that He’s Really Into You:
1. He texts frequently.
If a guy is into you, you will be on his mind most of the time. If he texts you, obviously that means he is thinking about you at that moment.
If that moment happens to be first thing in the morning or even every day before lunch, you might be the first thing that pops into his head every day when he wakes up.
You know what it means for you when you wake up and visualize a guy’s face right away, and it means the same thing for him.
Even if he just sends a lot of short innocuous texts throughout the day, he is still thinking about you every time.
And if he texts late at night, then you are the last thing on his mind, too. Yeah, he can’t get you out of his head.
2. He shows up where you are.
He’s not really a stalker, but he’s suddenly started to fancy the same coffee shop you go to after work.
He buys something in your department at the retail store where you work a bit too often. He sees your car in the parking lot at the supermarket, so he goes in and finds you.
If “chance meetings” start to feel like more than coincidence, this guy has a thing for you.
3. Always a smile and a compliment.
When a guy likes a girl, he notices every little thing about her, and her presence always causes a huge grin to grow on his face.
If he compliments your cool new knit cap, that’s just something everybody might notice.
But if he notices the new copper highlights in your hair, your ruby earrings, your handbag, shoes or skirt, and if he is always wowed by your beauty, he is seeing you through the eyes of a man filled with passion.
4. He gets close every time.
A man would never hug a woman he didn’t know, but you’re his friend. And it’s been a whole day since he’s seen you.
So of course a warm, welcoming embrace is in order, right?
Well, actually it’s more like any chance he gets to hold you is an opportunity he can’t pass up.
He might have enough restraint to cool it on the full embrace, but he might still find it difficult not to put his hand on your shoulder when he’s talking to you.
If he’s always touchy-feely with you but not with everybody else, it’s a good sign he is ravishing you in his mind.
5. He’s your confidant and servant.
If he’s into you, he will try to be part of your life.
When he sees your mood is down, he may try to offer a shoulder to lean on or be available as the sounding board for your problems.
He will want to comfort you and take away your pain or misery.
He may also offer his handyman services as a way to be near you.
Maybe he will wash your car, help you rearrange your furniture, pick up your new sofa or help you move into a new apartment.
A little bit of help is typical from a friend, but devoting a full morning or day to you may be above and beyond the pay grade of a platonic friend.
For better or worse, your charm and femininity attract devoted admirers. If the attention is welcome, then go with it and encourage him.
But if it’s not, then it’s best you don’t respond too warmly to his advances.
Talk about your boyfriend or the cute bartender you like at the pub, and don’t take advantage of his helpful offers.
Your beauty and sweetness can be a curse sometimes. Just use your power for good and not evil, and introduce him to a girl who might be able to return his affection.
